Will says, "After the SnowSkool Big White course, there was only one place that I wanted to work - Big White. And, fortunately, I was offered a job there for the following season and a sponsored working visa! In my first season, I worked very hard on my skiing and picked up my Level 3 qualification and was awarded "Rookie of the Year"! The secret to succeeding as an instructor is to volunteer for everything: treat your first season as an apprenticeship and help out wherever you can. When not teaching, I worked Carnival, helped clear snow off the Ski School roof and waxed skis. You will earn the respect of fellow instructors and earn enough to enjoy your time out there."
