Excitement and Anticipation
It’s a time of anticipation at SnowSkool HQ. Not just for Christmas … but perhaps dare we say it, even more excitingly for the SNOWSKOOL 2024 season which kicks off in January.
The courses are filling up and our days are spent ensuring the students have what they need as well as taking calls and new bookings as we head towards the 2024 season.
Pre-departure packs have been sent out and welcome meetings are happening for all signed up SnowSkool students. Questions about getting kit and what to expect around travelling out and on arrival are being discussed, as team SnowSkool 2024 – staff and students alike - are in full anticipatory, preparationary swing. Just a small matter of Christmas between now and the start of the course. This could be handy ref kit matters …
Discounts and a stocking filler - pre-course love for our SnowSkoolers
Talking of kit matters, signed up SnowSkoolers have discount vouchers ranging from 10% to 20% with a variety of snowsports outlets including Bro! Clothing, Ellis Brigham, PandaOptics, Futureproof and Snowtrax Store. We’re keen to support our students to get the kit they want and need always on the look out for helpful deals and discounts with trusted partners.
We’ve also put together a little festive pack of SnowSkool brand essentials which will be winging its way to students soon. A SnowSkooler stocking filler and welcome gift in one in anticipation of post Xmas ski hill action.
First snow in Méribel
In other news, Anneliese, who looks after our reps and students from HQ has had a little field trip away from our Bristol offices and into the first fluffy snow of the season in Méribel in the Three Valleys. She’s been checking things are in order for everyone before ski and snowboard instructor student and rep arrivals … looks pretty happy with her job to be fair (see smiles in the snow below) ... So much so she's going back next week ...!
So, that’s where we are at. We’ve been profiling our wonderful 2024 reps - Connor and Heather for Banff and CJ for Méribel - over the last few weeks, and will be introducing you to Clare who I've been catching up with as she anticipates looking after SnowSkoolers in Big White come January. Watch this space for news of Clare next Friday.
