The second week of the Banff course kicked off with some hangovers endured after Sunday fun-day in town, but everyone knows the best way to get over them is a few runs on snow and the fresh mountain air. Fortunately, this is plentiful in Banff!! The group relaxed Monday evening by having their own mini cinema screening of Men in Black in the lobby before heading to bed to rest up for the rest of the weeks lessons on the snow.Read entry

Big White Instructor Course 2018 - Week 2
Another week in the mountains saw the group going back to basics on the bunny hill, for without good foundations you can't start to build and develop. With their time on the bunny hill they also got exposed to the teaching platform, for skiers the 'Gliding Experience' from CSIA and for snowboarders the 'Quickride' system. The average age of those joining courses and doing seasons is quite young (18-25), however this does not mean that older people can’t do the same. And we’re actually seeing more and more interest from people over the age of 40 – in fact we sometimes get people on courses in their late 50s.
